As we see every day, there are often protective fences on both sides of the road. However, these nets often have many differences. How to choose? We will recommend different styles according to different needs. They are divided into the following types:
1. Highway bridge anti-throwing net
This type of guardrail is mostly used on bridges to prevent climbing parabolic objects, avoid falling of personnel, vehicles, sundries, etc., and ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles under the bridge. The requirements for the mesh are directly defined according to its use, and the mesh cannot be too large. The mesh of welded mesh is generally 50mm×50mm, the steel mesh is diamond-shaped, and the mesh is mostly 30mmx60mm. There is also a kind of crimped mesh with weaving process, which uses a mesh of 15mm×15mm or 20mm×20mm. Of course, this The cost of planting will also be high.
2. Highway anti-glare net
Highway anti-glare nets are mostly used in the middle of the upper and lower lanes of high highways. Generally, they are installed on unilluminated bridges, viaducts, long straight road sections, and road sections with rough terrain changes. When the driver is driving on the highway, there will often be strong light, which will make the driver feel annoyed and uncomfortable. At this time, the anti-glare net will play a very good role in avoiding dazzle. The anti-glare net can ensure the continuity and horizontal visibility of the anti-glare facilities, and can also isolate the upper and lower lanes to achieve the purpose of anti-glare and isolation. According to this feature, the height of the anti-glare net will not be too high, and the conventional height is about 75cm.
3. Setting and installation of guardrails on both sides of the road
There will also be guardrails on both sides of the road. This kind of guardrail is not required on both sides of all roads. Generally, the setting location will meet the following conditions:
1. The road section where the slope of the road side slope and the height of the embankment are above the dotted line.
2. Expressways or first-class highways for automobiles are within 1.0 meters from the edge of the soil road shoulder, and there are structures such as gantry structures, emergency telephones, piers or abutments of overspan bridges.
3. Parallel to railways and highways, vehicles may break into sections of adjacent railways or other highways.
4. Gradient section where the width of the subgrade changes.
5. The section whose curve radius is smaller than the small radius.
6. The section of the speed change lane at the service area, parking area or bus stop, and the section included in the triangular zone where traffic diverges and merges.
7. The connection between the two ends of large, medium and small bridges or the two ends of elevated structures and the subgrade.
8. Diversion islands and separation islands are considered to be places where guardrails are required.
