Note: As the whole production process of FRP molding grille still needs manual coordination, the casting and drawing work in the production process of grille need to be completed manually, and the product needs to be polished after demoulding. There may be slight errors in product specifications. (Mesh thickness deviation less than -1.6mm~+1.6mm is qualified)
Thickness of FRP cover
After adding a layer of FRP grille cover plate, FRP molded grille not only has greatly improved product performance, but also has strong anti-skid performance, because the contact area of FRP cover plate is larger than the contact area of simple molding grille, so its anti-skid performance is also better than that of molded grille. According to the needs of different occasions, you can choose the mode cover type, sand cover plate type and plane cover plate type, among which the sand cover plate type has better skid resistance.
Because the glass steel cover plate is processed on the basis of the molded grille, we first need to understand the thickness specifications of the glass steel molded grille. Common moulded grille thicknesses include 25 mm, 30 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm. The obvious difference between grille products of different thickness specifications lies in the difference in bearing capacity, among which:
1.25mm thick grid plate, its carrying capacity is general, only suitable for people to walk, generally in the enterprise workshop, street greening and other places such as crosswalks, wooden boards, goods shelves, etc.
2.38mm plate has strong bearing capacity. It is often used as vehicle load, working platform, double layer, groove cover plate and so on in car wash, sewage treatment plant, chemical plant and other fields.
3.The carrying capacity of 3.30mm thick grid plate is between 25~38 thick grid plate, often mixed with two kinds of products, the theoretical carrying capacity of 30 layers of grid is about 3 tons.
4.50mm thick grid plate, bearing capacity is enhanced again, widely used in large construction engineering, chemical industry, offshore oil extraction platform and other fields.
