Therefore, in order to further enhance the company's fire safety management, our factory specially carried out a fire safety training and fire drill activity, aiming to further strengthen employees' fire safety awareness and improve their ability to deal with sudden fire incidents through a combination of theory and practice.At the beginning of the activity, we invited professional fire safety lecturers to conduct a comprehensive fire safety knowledge training and fire drill activities for some employee representatives:The training content covers the causes of fire, common types of fire, fire prevention measures, and emergency evacuation and self-rescue methods in case of fire.
The lecturer used vivid case analysis to make employees realize the potential hazards of fire and the importance of preventing fire, so that every employee who participated in the training can have a new understanding of fire safety.Immediately afterwards, we organized a comprehensive fire drill.Before the exercise, we developed detailed escape routes and emergency assembly points, and informed employees in advance.As the alarm sounded, employees quickly evacuated from their workstations to safe places in an orderly manner according to the predetermined emergency evacuation plan.Throughout the process, the safety manager closely monitored the evacuation situation to ensure that every employee could reach the assembly point safely and quickly.
Afterwards, we conducted a practical fire-fighting drill.The firefighter instructor showed some employee representatives of Yu Jinxiang how to use fire extinguishers and fire hydrants correctly, and guided everyone to operate them personally.Under the guidance of the firefighters, the employees actively participated, experienced the process of extinguishing the initial fire, and enhanced their practical operation capabilities.
In order to ensure the effectiveness of the exercise, we also simulated several fire scenes in different scenarios.Including fires on the production line and burning of warehouse materials, the on-site command, coordination and actual rescue capabilities of employees were tested.Through cross-departmental cooperation, not only the emergency response capabilities of employees were trained, but also the overall teamwork spirit was improved.The successful holding of this fire safety training and exercise activities greatly improved the fire safety knowledge and emergency avoidance skills of our employees.
Employees generally reflected that through this activity, they have a deeper understanding of how to prevent fires and how to protect themselves and others when encountering fires.
