Production Process
1. First, cut the (pre galvanized) iron tube(round or square) into the required length.
2. Use the mould to fix the cut tube then weld the rail and pickets. there are two welding methods :
A. full welding \ B.point welding ;
The workers first use the small polish machine to polish the welding points one by one .
3. After finished all the welding ,using the big polish machine (steel sand ) to wash the oil .
4. Then make the whole fence to do the chromium plated .
5. Finally to do the powder coating .

1.How you insure your quality is good and price is competitive?
As to the steel fence, there are 2 parts very important which infact the quality:
--The material: We use Pre-galvanized tube rather than black tube, also, after welded them well, we will do powder coating. As a result, the fence is with high anti-rust ability which can give you at least 10 years warranty.
--The Pickets top: From the above introduction and photo you can see the pickets is sealed very well and no open space. Which can insure the rain come into the tube and improve the lifetime of the fence.
2.Compared with aluminium fence, what is the advantage of your steel fence?
Steel fence is much strong and with low cost compared with aluminium fence.
3.Can you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples for you with free charge, but you will have to pay the express cost of the sample. When you finally place order, we will deduct the express cost from the contract amount.
4.How do you control the goods quality?
We have quality control system, during production, after production and before load, we will test the goods and send testing pictures and videos to you.
